Like I said, whoever has full ownership of Robotech IP here in the US (ruled by the court) should grant GOO the RPG license.

As for Rifts, I doubt Palladium are going to let go what is considered their own original IP.

As far as I understand the legal problem, it's the Macross license which is problematic.

The owner of the Robotech license is clearly defined: it's Harmony Gold.

So a robotech RPG is possible.

Or did I miss something?
