Dragon 323 was the Cyclopian, not Cyclopskin... Not sure if there is a difference between them (was never all that fond of either).

Actually, I believe they were - dunno which book though. I thought Underdark, but it's not in there.

Piercers are in Ancient Kingdom of Mesopotamia though - I don't know if that counts, but...
