So, I'd be surprised if the more richer/aristocratic style of privileged living within DND would actually having buildings with indoor plumbing that utilizes the sewers and aqueducts. Your poorer villages/out in the middle of nowhere? Ya there's probably a Town Outhouse somewhere.
