Another Painful Oath question

Okay, in the same way that a Radiant weapon makes a power a Radiant power, does Painful Oath make the first attack of every round a Radiant Power attack?

Items that have powers with keywords give those keywords to powers they are used with. This has nothing to do with damage types, but simply the keyword itself. For example, a Songbow of Summoning will give the Teleportation keyword to a bard power its power is used with.

Painful Oath is not a power on a weapon, so it does not benefit from the item-keyword-inheritance rule. So, without some exception to say otherwise, the power's listed keywords are all it has whenever it is used.

Neat trick to use with Painful Oath and action point and radiant vulnerable types.

First attack, don't use a radiant prayer, as Painful Oath will activate the vulnerability. Use a radiant prayer on the second attack, so you get the vulnerability again.
