Another Question: Does stat progression continue at epic levels?

Every character gains 1 point which he or she can allocate to any of his or her 6 stats, every 4 levels.
That is, at levels 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20.

Once a character reaches epic levels, does this progression continue? Does the character continue to be allowed to add one point to one of his or her stats each 4 levels?
That is, an extra point at levels 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, etc.?
