Any good Scifi+cyberpunk rpgs?

For cyberpunk I recommend Shadowrun, which is my favorite RPG. The world is really well written and there is lots of good source material. The rules are also excellent, and the magic rules are best that I have encountered so far.
I'm somewhat worried about the upcoming new edition though. They seem to be changing a lot of things, and I just get the chills every time someone uses the words simpler and streamlined in the same sentence with new edition:\

For sci-fi I'd recommend Heavy Gear (or other Dream Pod 9 settings). It has very well written and detailed world, and rules are also excellent, if somewhat fatal to players that don't use their heads in combat. (My players had to learn it the hard way that no matter how well you are armored you are dead as soon as the firing starts if you don't take cover instantly.)

Hmm... I found the Silhouette rules (DP9) to be somewhat lacking myself.

Well it's all in the preference, as it does have its faults.
First of all, Silhouette rules aren't very extensive (they state that themselves), so if you want something rules heavy go for Spacemaster or for some other system. What they are is swift flexible rules that can be used in almost every possible situation, while still being as realistic as possible.
Granted that at least the current core rulebook isn't very logically constructed, so you might need to search for some information (at least in the beginning), and in some cases it's not there, at least not clearly.
Nevertheless, all my players have learned to love the system, during their first session.

Yep, tho it's not really the simplicity or lack of complexity; simple systems (like Talislanta) are good, too. I just didn't like the way everything works there.

I see the strong side of DP9's games to be in the background area, but not in the rules. :)

And certainly not in the price...

Shadowrun, definitely. I don't see it as a fantasy game with cyberpunk elements; I see it as a cyberpunk game with fantasy elements.

Also, Classic Traveller is a great sci-fi RPG. Not cyberpunk on it's own, but you could easily modify it to early cyberpunk (Alien/Aliens/Blade Runner) or even to full cyberpunk.
