I can definatly recomment the adventure "Church and State" as a good one to use. It's scope is far beyond the standard 'stop the smash and grab' type of stuff that is typical.

'Church and State' is available on RPGnow.com, for a modest $8.00, and it's over 100 pages of adventure and additional material.

Make your own. I have been running a supers campaign for over ten years and you'll find that adventures write themselves if you plan things out from the beginning and put a little extra work. Or if you would like to get some adventure ideas, well, pick up some comics.

If you are looking for something straight up, already written, go with Matter of Family. I was really impressed.

The important thing in a super-powered campaign (and any campaign really) is to have an interesting and dynamic setting. If you're playing in an environment that is vibrant and colourful then the adventure will write itself. Interesting settings give you interesting players and NPCs.

That "Algernon Files" book (hardcover) is mainly an NPC compedium, but it does have some nice maps and such. With the NPCs and background and all, it would be fairly easy to craft an adventure of whatever scope you desired. All you'd need is a basic plot to connect the locations and NPCs you wanted to use (and most have detailed histories that easily suggest that sort of thing).

Anyway, I just mention this after reading the "rich background" advice up above. If you don't have your own already in place, this book could really help.

Watch an episode of Justice League or Justice League: Unlimited. Or buy a comic book tpb of your favorite superhero.

Hey, you're making a superhero campaign, so you might as well go straight to the source, right?
