There were a couple of Q&W trades.

Q&W: Director's Cut (#s 1-4)
Q&W: KYAG (for Kiss Your *** Goodbye) (#s 5-8)
Q&W: Holy S-Word! We're Cancelled?! (#s 9-12) (this is the first time the title got cancelled. Q&W got a revival, though.)
Q&W: Magnum Force (#s 13-16)

Q&W got cancelled a second time, and had a second revival, leading to one of the more interesting renewals- Priest and Bright started the series up many issues later, where the book would have been if it hadn't gotten cancelled, and made references to those stories in the stories they were telling (with online "extras" in the form of panels written for the stories that had never been published, so that you could try and "catch up" as it were. Cute trick, though sadly Q&W had its plug finally pulled for a third time a couple of issues later.)

Q&W trades were one of the first trades to my knowledge to feature "extras". The Director's Cut, for instance, featured "outtakes" and "cut scenes" among other things. Really funny stuff.

Sadly, the rest of the series was never collected in tpb.

There were a few. All of them are long out of print now so you'll have to find them through a second hand market.

There was Solar: Alpha & Omega (Solar #1-10)
Harbinger #0-6
Magnus Robot Fighter: Steel Nation (Magnus #1 - either 4 or 6)
The complete Unity Saga (every issue of the Unity crossover in a 4 book slipcase set)
X-O Man of War #1 - either 4 or 6
Valiant "Firsts" (reprinting the first appearances of various characters).
And a Quantom & Woody trade that had the first either 4 or 6 issues.

Those are the ones that I remember off the top of my head. There may be more.

Shadowman (beginning with Master Darque issue)
Solar THE comic 1-4 (Alpha / Omega was a collected insert from the four ten issues. This was collected in both soft and hard editions.

Looking at Smallville and Heroes I think HARD Corps would make an excellent tv show.
