I've seen mention of those before and they really piqued my interest back then. These may have to go onto the list...
They're worth the investment. Better than what an official WotC MM2 would probably be, in my opinion.

Fine. Stop twisting my arm already. Sheesh. They're worth the investment. Better than what an official WotC MM2 would probably be, in my opinion.
Ugh, I can't believe my mind immediately went lewd when I read this. I need a shower.Although some are, um, questionable, like the armor plated beaver.
Nah. Monsters are easy to brew, and I've already got plenty of old source material as inspiration.
For me it isn't really a struggle per se. It's just that I generally prefer to focus on other things (home brewing classes or working on adventures) so I tend to only stat up creatures that are unique to my campaign.Out of curiosity - for all you DMs like that me that have played multiple editions - do you really struggle to take older edition monsters and drop them into 5E? For example, Yellow Musk Creepers, Aurumvorax, Guardinals, Huge Elementals, and dozens of other monsters important to my campaign setting were homebrewed into the game during the first 3 months of the new edition.
