Anyone else trying to buy special mini?

Well today at 1 pacific time the special edition Black Dragon mini from Dragon Magazine went on sale.
I was already logged in and when 1 p.m. hit the site went down
Guess everyone wanted one.
There is a limited run of 5,000 so I hope I can still get in and get one.

Anyone else trying to get one ? or did get one ordered ?

I was thinkin' about it, but I figured the chances of me actually getting in before they were all gone were so remote that I might as well not bother. Since it's just a repaint of one that's gonna be in the regular run anyway, it's not that big a deal.

Yeah if the server is busy with everyone ordering then I probably don't have a chance.
But if it is crashed then I might since some people might give up on waiting

I'm not really sure how you plan on getting a mini someone paid a minimum of 14 bucks for for a 1.40 unless the seller is just an idiot.

Yeah I normally pick up rares on ebay for about $10-12 per to finish off a set but since this one is $9.99 to start and even rarer I imagine this might be the best deal.

Well, the Paizo site is back up, but their database is still down.

Their site's always been slow ... I wonder if they had any real clue what kind of response this was going to get.

patience is a virtue seldom practiced.

bid often and bid over many months.

eventually you are right. someone doesn't place it in the right category or doesn't put the right title or just gets unlucky finding mister moneybags. and then i get it for the price i am willing to pay.

to me. they ain't worth more than $1.50
