Anyone have the Iron Kingdoms book? I have questions

The obvious copy and paste problem didn't really bother me, I just found it kind of amusing.

I'm looking forward now to the World Guide also. The IK Character Guide was an impulse buy at Origins but I'm pretty happy with what I've seen so far.

Do Druids differ in any sort of mechanical sense? How about the Black Clad PrC?

What's the difference between a War Bard and a Bard?

What are IK Half-Elves like?

Druids and Bards are pretty much the same.

Druids can use any light armor and have a list of weapons they are proficient with (club, dagger, greatclub, handaxe, quarterstaff, shortbow, all spears, and slings). They must be of NG, N, CN, or NE alignments.

The Bard (War-Bard) has it's skill list changed with most of the sneaky type skills (Hide, Move Silently) removed. They also can't be CN or CE.

The Blackclad is a 5 level PrC that is a druid that likes the chaos and wildness of nature. The class requires 4th level divine spells and Trackless step, among other prereqs. The class grants 4th thru 7th level spells. For example, at 1st Blackclad level they gain 2 4th level spells per day from the Blackclad spell list that includes Flame Strike, Ice Storm, Lightning Bolt, among others. They also gain some "nature" type abilities and some elemental powers. It looks pretty cool.

I didn't see a section calling out the Half-Elves. They are listed on the Age tables, but I didn't see an actual section devoted to them.

Interesting about the half-elves, in Lock and Load it seems like they're social pariahs, so the 3.5 changes didn't strike me as fitting the IK model.

I took another check through for you, but still didn't see anything.

I really need to find the time to start reading this instead of just flipping through! :)

Have the prereqs for being able to use guns changed in any way? Still Exotic Weapon, Craft(small arms), etc?
They are still the same, Exotic Weapon to use, Craft (small arms) to reload.

Are there specific Wonderous Items and/or armor and weapon enhancments?

If it's not too much trouble, could you post an example of how mechanika creation would work for a low-level magic item?

Given the lack of planar involvement in the Iron Kingdoms, what do I summon if I cast Summon Monster?

There aren't really any additional Wonderous Items or armor or weapon enhancements. There are some alchemical items (acids, antitoxins, curatives, etc.) and grenades.

The summon spells, Summon Monster and Summon Natures Ally, have a changed list of creatures. Also, the summoned creature gets a Will save and if it makes it it isn't under the caster's control.

The first couple of summon lists are: 1st- Bog Constrictor, Devil Rat, Razor Bat; 2nd- Burrow Mawg, Eagle, Streamling.

Here's a sample mechanikal creation from the book:
+1 mechanikal flaming battleaxe
MW Battleaxe, +1 Enhancement Rune plate, Flaming rune plate, Trickle Socket, Conduits (2), and a standard accumulator.

The rune plates are what give the ability to the axe, the conduits connect everything up, and the trickle socket and accumulator power the axe. To make the item the creator will have to make Craft checks to create the blueprint/schematic for the item, and to assemble the item. The DC is based on the number of components in the item.

It looks like the axe will need to have the accumulator recharged or replaced (500gp) every 10 days.
