Anyone seen a D20 version of the Flumph?

Seeing the "Quintessential D&D Monster" thread again reminded me of my, somewhat joking, vote- The Flumph. I always want to use one as the COMPLETELY unexpected "Big Bad". Now with rules for advancing monsters and fun templates I could do it without having to make up my own rules. But I'm not sure if I've seen a D20 write up for them or not. I seem to recall something in Dragon, but I may be imagining it. Has anyone seen something on them. I'd love to have an Advanced half-something Flumph commanding a crack team of Kobold ninjas or something. Or just a really off-the-wall PC race!

When I converted from 1e to 3e, I decided to bring my trusty flumph with me, albeit disguised as the uphlum, a relative of both the aboleth and illithid.
