The original post is there on NTL. If you can't view it, here's the Short version:

Saw something on SA and was wondering if any folks would be up for it.

Short Version: X amount of Situps(Crunches, etc)/Pushups PER DAY(not all at one time but minimum of 10/20 in a row), escalating per week, capping out at week 5 with Y. ONly do it M-F, weekends off. Post if you are in, post if you can't do it and are out. Pictures are nice if you can to show progress.


I would say we would need at least 10 people up for it. Start off small with 50 pushups/situps and then jump upto: 100/150/200/250/300.

Unless y'all are feeling ballsy and want to do: 100/200/300/400. I can hack that.

I'll establish rules, what types, what kinds are allowed etc if there any takers.

You don't have to be athletically able to do this you can do like 20 at a time in the AM, 20 at lunch, 20 at dinner, 20 before bed, etc etc. As long as the total is X per day doesn't matter how you break it down.


If you can goto NTL and add your name. Great, if not shoot me a PM and I'll get you an invite as well. If you can't/won't/ISP hates NTL get there post here so I can record your name.

I'll update more when I have more takers, i'm at 6 so far, need several more to make it interesting.
