AoO with Spell-like abilities

I'm not so sure about this.

But there are feats out there that allow spells for AoO's (Touch spells only, I think).

There's a psionic feat that lets you do it at +4 PP cost once per round, or +0 PP if you also have the quicken power feat. (note that they allow you to both manifest and touch all as part of the AoO)

If you allow free actions (like Quick Draw) along with any AoO, you are asking for trouble.

The number of free actions that can be combined with another action is up to the DM. I would recommend that the DM set this number to zero when taking attacks of opportunity.

I agree with you. I also think that the standard rule is still no free actions during AoO, at least IIRC that an AoO is defined as being just a single MELEE ATTACK, not any kind of action or set of action or half turn...
