But the Save DC is Con based for Damage to the body and not Dex Based for Appling Poison

so you should not use it unless you want to kill off the poison users

House rules can change if the person who makes them has an open mind and can see that the Save DC might not work for the DC to apply the poison

I have a feeling the Creators of the game don't have a Apply DC because they don't require a DC to apply them
