The Hill Giant is the rarest rare. I traded for one (an Aspect of Lolth, no less) and then bought 2 boosters that day. Guess what I got? A Hill Giant! Good luck getting one...try www.maxminis.com for trades.

Also, just because there are only 19 available at maxminis doesn't make it the rarest rare. Hill Giants are a mini that people will want doubles of. There aren't many rares like that in AF. That would mean there are less that people want to trade. So the number is most likely the same but people just want multiples.
