Are the $30 Core books the 3rd printing??

not only is it the 3rd print run but it is you only OFFICIAL source for the latest errata.

OK, got an e-mail from AV, here's his answer:

The answer is "no". The $30.00 books are not a third printing. You will be able to tell this because the price/barcode will need to be stickered. The next obvious question is, "will there be a third printing". I would imagine eventually there will be but in all seriousness I don't know when because I don't know what effect the price change will have on the sales patterns of our core books. We might have enough books to last half a year, we might have enough to get us deep into 2003.

Oh, and as long as you got the 2nd printing of the PHB, you should be golden anyway. (And it says 2nd printing right in the cover - so I suspect for the other books, it will also say the printing number, for future reference)

I have a 1st printing (because I started playing then) and a second one (because I wanted the updated one).
