I've played it a few times, it's quite fun and I'd highly reccommend it. A member of my gaming club has it and has brought it to games as a "in case we don't have enough people to play D&D" game, where it has functioned admirably in that role.
One thing I like (besides being cooperative, I much prefer cooperative board games over competitive ones) is how much one game changes from another. The various Great Old Ones each change the game in many ways, and the significant differences in the investigators means that the game has a lot of replay value. It also is really good at capturing a Cthuhlu feel.
