Armor ability to reduce Arcane Spell Fail chance?

I swear I saw a magic armor ability that reduces ASF... but I can't remember the details or the source. Can anyone help? (I'm asking about WOTC products)

The cleric just discarded his mithral chain shirt for a +1 Mithral Breastplate. The wizard is thinking of spending a feat for light armor proficiency IF he can get rid of the spell failure chance... is there such an ability?

I know Monte's Book of Eldritch Might II has "Spellcasting", which would do the trick: Reduce spell failure chances by 15% as a +2 ability. A +2 ability is expensive... if the wizard goes through with it it will be for flavor/roleplay reasons, not so much because it makes sense financially. 9000 gp and a feat for a +5 armor bonus... hmmm.

Saw a reference in the PHB II under the Duskblade, think it is Twilight Armor

The special material shadow silk from Tome of Magic reduces ASF when in darkness or shadowy illumination. You can get padded or leather at 0% ASF in darkness, or hide at 5% ASF in darkness. Best used in a party where everyone has Darkvision and you plan to spend a lot of time underground.
