armor with high max dex

i need a armor with a max dex of 11 of a ranger i am creating. he is a level 12 githzari ranger. ecl 14. I just can't find anything with a max dex that high.

There's a reason. If you look in the PHB you'll notice that for the most part AC + DEX caps out at 8. (The significant exception being full plate, which caps at 9. If AC + DEX caps at 8, you'll likely not find one with max DEX of 11!

Of course, there is probably some aromor in a third party source that will fill your needs. But in WotC products, you're fighting an uphill battle. Even with mithril you can't get too much higher than +7 or so...

Well the one i normally prefer is celestial armor it is in the dmg for 22k 8ac 8 max dex. but yeah so far no luck i was hoping some one may know of a item in another book other then php and dmg

Spidersilk armor. Don't know the exact source (Underdark or Races of Stone, possibly, but it's WotC legal.)

10 max. Dex, +2 to AC, 5 (?) lbs. - it's basically the non-enhanced item of the spidersilk shirt Drizzt took from Ad'non in The Lone Drow.
