Looks like I'll be submitting far less than I'd planned.

Ditto. I was shooting for about 3x as much as I actually sent in, but Real Life intruded rather rudely and abruptly. Next time, next time....

So, now that the deadline's past, would anyone care to post a timeframe on this product? (When it is scheduled to be released, when accepted contributors will be notified, printing, any other dates of importance)?

I've got around 70 emails to go through so it will take some time. I wouldn't expect to hear back regarding your submission for a couple of weeks depending on how quickly I can sift through them and find the gems and jewels that we want to include. Just have patience... :)

Patience? Let's see...I've got books, DVDs, clothes...nope, didn't get any patience for Christmas!

:D

For instance, my single submission included 37 new qualities and items.

Spike Y Jones, over-achiever

I don't know about you, Spike, but I used to think there were very few weapon/armor qualities left to think up. Boy was I surprised when most of my submissions turned out to be qualities. There's always something that one person doesn't think of where another one does. And, oddly enough, a lot of my ideas came out of browsing a furniture catalog.

Well, after condensing each submission into a single document, I am now faced with reading over 200 printed pages!! And yes, there are a lot of duplications...

By the way, doesn't anyone bother to use spell and grammar check when you submit stuff? Sheesh... :)
