As requested by Krishnath....dragon's SR

I reverse engineered all the dragon's in the MM and know how WotC did their conversions from 2e.

Here is the basic formula for any given dragon's SR:

SR is (almost) always 10 + age category + Con bonus.

There are a few exceptions, but that is the general formula followed in the MM.

For the FR dragons, SR = 10 + CR, except for Old, Very Old, and Ancient song dragons, who have SR 11 + CR. Go figure.

It's interesting that there's no single formula. I'd love to put one into the generator (so it's modified whn stats are), but that's not possible with differing standards.

On average, the Con formula is within 1 point of the actual SR for MM dragons (total points off: 76) and within 3 points for FR dragons (total points off: 115). Will someone just make Skip Williams talk? They had to have some kind of formula to come up with number that convoluted, didn't they?

WotC won't talk- I already tried. It is an "in-house" policy that they used...blah blah blah.

But- for the most part, reverse engineering them is easy and the formula used to convert them from 2e to 3e is fairly straightforward.
