Ascension of the Magdalene

Legend
Can any passing Atlas games personnel tell us what levels the d20 portion of Ascension of the Magdalene is for?

An update on when we can expect to see the module in stores would be nice, too. And maybe some tidbits on how the d20 versions of Mechanomancy and Avatars will work. Oh, and a pony.

John Nephew of Atlas Games has been having some technical problems with the boards, and so he has asked me to post this on his behalf:

"Ascension of the Magdalene is at the printer. We hope to ship to
distributors before the end of February. Depending on many variables, it may be in a local store any time between the last few days of Feb. and as long as a month later. Sometime before release we will be previewing the book on our website with a PDF download of the Mechanomancy D20 rules."

back on the boards at last

...which now are fixed, thanks to Morrus. (Thanks! :) )
And, um, yeah, what he said I said.

We have two d20 books at press right now -- ASCENSION and SEVEN STRONGHOLDS. I just got back from vacation, so I haven't yet gotten updated specifics from our printer on specific expected arrival dates, but they should both be Real Soon Now, and we have PDF previews of both waiting to be posted on our website to whet gamer appetites. (For 7S, the preview is a new character race of bird-men, the Psittae.)

Does Ascension have any suggested levels for PCs?

Yep -- levels 6-9 for D20 player characters.

We just got our advance copies today. Woo hoo! It really looks sharp! It should be a few more days before the shipment itself arrives...and then we'll be packing it off to distributors around the world. (Expect at least a couple weeks before it appears in stores, to allow for transit times.)

We'll see if we can get the Mechanomancy preview PDF on the website this weekend.

Hey John! Just curious but what products/projects have you slated for the next three months? I know you have Seven Strongholds coming up, but what else?

The other releases in the next three months are Seven Cities (due to go to press soon for March release) and Occult Lore (scheduled for May). We're taking a break from D20 in April, to make sure we have time to get Occult Lore done -- it's a big hardcover.

We're likely to have an adventure announced shortly for June (to give us a little breather between projects), and I hope then we'll have Nyambe for July.

Sometime out of the blue I might actually finish Instrument of Destiny, too. No promises, though...

Now don't tease me like that John! :) I'm glad though you'll take the time to work on Occult Lore, as I think it will be a SPLENDID product.
