Honestly, in this case I believe you are pretty safe, as I don't recall them using lots of rules. On the other hand, some of the plot twists can be damaging to a world.

There is the demi-god thingie, there is the "mirror" adventure, there is the "tide of years" adventure. All of them good ideas, but if you already have a detailed world, they can sometimes cause problems.
How damaging are we talking about? There are A LOT of gods in my campaign so one more, if I take your meaning correctly, won't be a big deal. World of Kulan is very detailed depending on the continent being used. Still, I like to blow up things from time to time.

I ran the Shackled City Adventure Path in my world and was more than willing to have the gate to Carceri open, so I can handle earth shaking plots... to a point. :heh:

Well, in the 'Tide of Years' adventure you can help to bring back a pretty advanced extinct civilization (think: Atlantis). The adventure actually discusses some options on handling the impact of such an event for a campaign. If you don't want it to have a great impact on your campaign, it doesn't have to.

I 'almost' played the adventure in my campaign. I only had to abandon it because the characters leveled faster than I expected and I didn't want to upgrade all the encounters.

Hmm, that sounds a bit Uber. I have been planning to incorporate a sourcebook called Twilight of Atlantis into my game world, so I don't think I need a second Atlantis.

Anyway, I went to buy a couple of the scenarios. I bought the Belly of the Beast and Beyond the Veil. I passed on Lean and Hungry, Tide of Years, and Unhallowed Halls (*). They had The Last Dance too, and I think I might get that one too (once I have money again). They also had En Route but I'm just not sure about that one. :-S :hmm:

They didn't have Three Days to Kill.

*Can someone give me their thoughts on Unhallowed Halls. That one still intrigues me.
