So Shroomy, any advice on how to get submission pitches noticed by the WotC folks?

Unfortunately, all of the rest of my submissions, both from the original Paizo slushpile and those I've sent to WoTC, have been rejected. I thought that Oasis was one of my better ideas and it caught Chris Youngs' attention, but I really don't have any practical advice that hasn't already been said by others, including the WotC staff.

Congrats, Shroomy... the title intrigued me... now I'm even more intrigued! Always good to see what the "locals" come up with.

Are we getting two adventures, a delve and a side trek this month in Dungeon? At least they are bumping up their content output. That's good.

I'd still like to see a third generic adventure.

Personally, I'm curious about the "Campaign Workshop" article; if I'm not mistaken, that's the first one of the 4e era.

This adventure has been in the works since September 2006. The original query was part of the slushpile that Paizo handed over to WoTC back in 2007 (if you search the Paizo forums, you'll see mentions of it when we were all discussing our pending queries), and I didn't hear anything about it until that Fall. It was originally written for 3.5e and I think the original plan was for it to appear that Spring. I contacted Chris Youngs after the 4e release and asked about a conversion, which he agreed to, and I was working on it for a lot of this Spring.

Persistence does pay off. Congrats!
