How does intelligence change an animals nature? I imagine few rabbits taking levels in barbarian....

It's a shame that Wildshape doesn't actually let you turn into a human unless you dip a level into Master of Shapes. Probably well worth it if you don't want to wait for Thousand Faces though.

I'm going to say that this is debatable in the case of an awakened animal. Now, you can't turn into any other of the same animal you were originally, and each time you "wildshape" into human it's the same human.

And if I'm wrong via RAW I'm willing to make that a houserule. ^_^
