"Award Winning" Story Hours

Not to pimp myself, but one thing that's really good about my story hours is that I update frequently (links and last update dates in sig). Also, all the threads are connected in some way (though sometimes the ways are not entirely obvious) and there are many overlapping characters, both pc and npc.

My story hours are wacky, full of strange chaos stuff, lots of Law v. Chaos rather than lots of Good v. Evil. The parties usually include at least a few evil pcs, and there's a lot of cool pc interaction. Also, there are occasional delves into what might be termed 'vile' subject matters.

If you're interested, I recommend starting with my old story hour, then going to Agents of Chaos.

yep

No really, check out the ones in Wizardru's sig. Piratecat is probably my favorite all around. Everyone's talked about Sepulchrave and for good reason, it's definitely worth the read. Sagiro has a great epic storyline going in his. Wizardru's players are great. Old Drew Id's takes place in Birmingham, though I don't think they've been to Birmingham-Southern or Legion field yet, but I'm sure they'll get there. (contact)'s Risen Goddess is hilarious, Taran is the epitome of the Kill you know ask questions later fighter. Essentially, just read every story hour posted and you'll know you didn't mss out on anything.

My recommendations for story hours are, as always, in the .sig below. Links convienently provided below. Also highly recommended is jonrog1's story hour, which is Dark Matter and modern day (and so not listed below) but more than worth the investment of time. Or you can read my Story Hour, the Lurker's Choice!(tm)

(say it with me) Sepulchrave II's is the best there is.

My other favorites are Piratecat's, Jonrog1's Drunk Southern Girls With Guns, and (contact)'s Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil and sequals. I also liked Sevannah Knights and Six In The Chamber.

Wow. Thanks to everyone that recomended sepulchrave's SH; it's triffic! Better than a night alone with a bottle of vodka and playing Hammer Chicken!

Well, even now I'm attempting to write up a new story hour for a new game I've started DM'ing, a d20 campaign set in the gritty Warhammer world. So if anyone wants to check that out, I should have it up before too long... :D

Can someone please link to Sepulchrave's story hour? I can't find it.
I'm assuming you mean from the beginning, as the link in my .sig is to the current storyline, the mesalliance (although I need to change the name).

Cheiromancer, being a swell guy, has collected the tales of Wyre into a single thread, at least in part. You would be best served starting in reading the thread right here, but be prepared to be stuck in front of your monitor for a while. :)
