Okay, this might not be the biggest powerplay or unbalancing, but here's a little something some might have stumbled upon already:
Barbarians should go for one level (or more) of the Horizon Walker prestige class, and select desert as their first mastered terrain. Immunity to fatigue rocks when you can rage. You can still only rage once per encounter, though...
But hey, it substitutes the 17th-level barbarian ability. Then again, Knowledge (geography) isn't a barbarian's forte...
