When you cut the movement rate in half (e.g. because of calthrops), is the move rounded to the nearest 5 ? And in that case, is it rounded up or down ?

What about solid fog where movement is cut to 1/10th normal? You would have to round up, or anyone with a move less than 100 would not be able to move. Do you still get a 5' step if in solid fog, or would it be a 1/2 ft. step?

Bbn1/Mnk19 hasted, unarmored but with boots of striding and springing and ring of jumping, can make a running jump of what distance when in a solid fog effect? Frankly, I don't care...
