Bard-Dragon Disciple with WoP

Intro
Hiya, so I'm in a campaign where we switch DM duties after each adventure. Every adventure we start at the next lvl with regular wealth by lvl. I'm DMing right now but in a session or two I'll have to play a new character. Our party consists out of an oracle, a zenarcher monk, a paladin, a magus, a barbarian plus my character (one of these won't be in the adventure as the player is DMing). I ussualy play wizards and sorcerers or clerics or an occasional druid but I don't want to play yet another main caster. So I made a bard. I like bards.

The stuff
We use the CRB, APG, Ultimate Magic and Ultimate Combat (barring gunpowder stuff).
I want to play a Bard who can dish it out in melee and have some spells and abilities as support backup.
First lvl I get to play is lvl 3.
I want to use the Words of Power system. Looks decent, not very strong, but thats ok.
20 pts buy stats.

The build
only did to lvl 11 cause it might take a while:

Human bard 7 (arcane dualist)/dragon disciple 4
starting stats: str 17 dex 12 con 14 int 12 wis 9 cha 14.
feats: 1 arcane strike(b), meta word mastery(b), lingering performance. 2 combat casting(b). 3 enforcer. 5 skill focus (knowledge [the planes]). 6 disruptive(b). 7 eldritch heritage (abyssal [claws]). 9 power attack(b), expanded arcana (good hope). 11 improved eldritch heritage (abyssal [Strength of the Abyss]).
Words of power magic system but using the human alternative favored class bonus to get some regular bard spells on my list.
lvl ability score bonusses go into str, that together with the str bonusses from the dragon disciple, strength of the abyss and a belt of giant strength should offset my crummy bab.
The natural armor bonusses from the dragon disciple and draconic bloodline together with armor should keep a little safe.
Using the claws and bite attacks from the bloodlines as attacks at higher lvl with an amulet of mighty fists: mercifull to fuel my enforcer feat (use a sap at low lvl).
A robe of arcane heritage to speed up the bonusses from the bloodlines.
Arcane bond is a spiked gauntlet so it is always being wielded.
Move action bardic performance and good hope for a +4 bonus to attack and damage for the whole party (including me) and free action claws and bite growing, maybe swift action spell if usefull. Next turn, join the melee.

The question
Is this build actually somewhat viable (as in not completely a waste of character space in the party) and if not/so any tips?
