I have only found one or two, and they had pretty steep requirements. (as I recall)
I am hoping for a 'Mystic Theurge' type solution, but would be open to other ideas.
(I have a player that didn't know the system very well, and he has multi-classed Sor4/Brd2; and is a bit...underpowered. Now, it is definitely not a powergaming group, so it isn't too much problem, but wanted to find something to help him out.)
