Apparently they didn't do their homework. 12-year-old Barney was playing with relatively recent plastic pre-painted D&D miniatures. That's all I've read about so far, the episode is on my DVR. If I get out of work sometime today I might have to watch it.

I'll confirm what Mark saw, that Barney was gaming using some kind of gaming books and some kind of minis in the flashback scen to when he was in "junior high" and was told about the goal of "100 women". I had to rewind it (DVR) for my wife to confirm!

We watched it last night and I'm pretty sure those were DDM minis being used at the table. It was via antenna because Dish Network sucks and lost my CBS, so it was hard to confirm what was on that table.
