I'm gloating.
Last night, I bought a 1976 Ampeg V4B bass amplifier head with almost all original tubes listed at $800.00 at musician's friend ... I paid $375.
That thing sounds SWEET. When I was trying it at the guy's house, everything was vibrating on his shelves. Granted, I tried it pluged in a 4x15 cab...
I have yet to buy a cab for it, I only have money for a 4x10.
