Is double CON to AC really ok? Because he will have a ton of HPs then.

The actual Fistbeard Beardfist character build gets x2 Con to AC and it's balanced. Well, in comparison to Psychic Warriors, Warblades, Druids, Clerics, Duskblades, Wizards, Sorcerers, Beguilers and etc at least.

What happens when my PCs shave him?

The Beardfist Warrior will simply adopt a horse stance, grunt, strain his facial muscles, and cause a new beard to pop out and replace the old one.

What happens if the Beardfist Warrior changes forms? Would the alternate form have a beard as well? Or would the BW lose the benefits of the class while shapechanged?

Say I wanted to make Beardfist Fistbear, the Barbarian/Beardfist/BearWarrior...would the results be a giant bear with an epic beard? Someone photoshop something QUICK!

The Beardfist warrior's beard will clearly carry over to other forms, as it is not just facial hair, but a reflection of inner manliness that can never be hidden or suppressed.

Is the Beardfist Warrior immune to effects that would change his gender? (I suppose this partly depends on whether dwarven women grow beards IYC.)

(These are important questions. I need to know if this is a balanced class to include IMC.)

Treating the beard as gear raises new questions. Baleful Polymorph includes the following:

All items worn or carried by the subject fall to the ground at its feet, even if they could be worn or carried by the new form.

Is that just part of the horrific effect of this dire magic - that it rips the character's beard off?!?!
