the solution is, to use multiclasses with the help of compatible classes ( ones that don't overlap ones with the others )
in order to achieve this, you must use ( within your three classes ) one Magic-Using Class;
what I'm calculating at present time, is, if there's room for five M-U Classes, then a party of characters will be complete only when each participant actually busies one unique M-U Class ( well, at least ) , so ideally a party of no less than 5 pcs ...
