Best D20 Game?

I was really torn between d20 Modern and Mutants and Masterminds, but since M&M technically isn't a d20 game, it doesn't actually qualify! So I voted Modern. Besides, I really like the flexibility of it; it can be used for practically any genre with very minor tweaking.

Spycraft. It has been a while between my initial readings and actual play, but actual play seems to be living up to its promises!

Although Wheel of Time and Slaine were close seconds, I went with Spycraft. I've had the book for awhile and finally started playing last week and had an absolute blast.

For me, it's a tie between d20 Modern and d20 Call of Cthulhu.
Edit: Oops - ended up going with d20 Modern though.

Slaine is my favorite. I know it is not so well known as the others but I have been the most impressed with the campaign book and the sourcebooks.

Other. d20 The End. I had been thinking of running an online game for a while and this is the game that finally pushed me over the edge into running an online game.

It's the only good setting I've seen that doesn't need a WotC core rulebook.
