Bitey's appear roughly like a ferally lean satyr with a completely furred head and sharp predator's teeth. They are malicious, utterly obnoxious beings whom love to torment and startle those around them. If not bothering others they tend to take to the trees, weaving about the thick boughs at a breakneck pace as they race through the woods.
Bitey stands about 5 feet tall and weighs around 90 pounds. They can understand common and sylvan but rarely speak.
Combat:
Bitey's are famed for taunting foes into combat and using their dexterity and cunning to make fools out of their opponents. They are particularly amused by chasing and panicking smaller victims but rarely do them any lasting harm.
Explosive Overrun (Ex):
If moving at top speed a Bitey can attempt an overrun which affects all beings up to one size category larger than itself in every square around it. This does not provoke an attack of opportunity, nor can the targets choose to avoid him. He also gains a +8 bonus on his Strength check to knock down his opponent or opponents.
Brachiation (Ex):
Bitey can move through wooded areas at its base land speed, ignoring any effects on movement due to terrain. He must be at least 20 feet from the ground and within a medium or dense forest.
Improved Evasion (Ex): This ability works like evasion, except that while Bitey still takes no damage on a successful Reflex saving throw against attacks henceforth he henceforth takes only half damage on a failed save. A helpless Bitey does not gain the benefit of improved evasion.
Leap (Ex):
Bitey is a phenomenal jumper and has a +40 racial bonus on jump checks.
Skills:
Bitey gains a +4 racial bonus on hide and move silently checks.
