Maybe the Atlanteans had similar (even shared) origins to the Wakandans, using Vibranium tech to master subaquatic living, but now the Atlanteans' supplies of Vibranium are dwindling and they need to acquire more.

Or now that Wakanda is revealed, the Atlanteans suddenly see a land dweller civilization that actually rivals their own technologically, and so decides to strike first to take them out.

hehe or they could go nuts, Namor and Shuri fall in love, and she elopes with him to Atlantis, but the Wakandans believe she has been kidnapped and it starts a war!

I really don't think that will be what's up, but hey sometimes marvel gets crazy.
Or vice versa, Namor elopes with her to Wakanda, and the Atlanteans get mad.

The orginal Namor comic had the WW2 Allies looking for vibranium on the sea floor near Atlantis, which lead to Namors human father meeting his mother and breeding before his father was killed.
Namor was subsequently raised to hate air breathers, and bullied for being half-human. He thus has anger management issues on par with Bruce Banner - which is why he is so often antagonistic even to potential allies.

It looks like Rhirhi Williams is going to be a scientist on a Wakanda ship looking for Vibranium? Then it gets hijacked by military types?

The fact there was a clip of her mother giving an impassioned speech about having lost her entire family in the trailer makes me think Shuri is going to end up with the Atlanteans (willingly or not). Perhaps for a time her mother will believe her to be dead.

Or vice versa. The initial scenes of people in bulky diving suits preparing to drop into the water looked to have far too conventional equipment to be Wakandans.
It's entirely possible there are Wakandans working on the ship without it being a Wakandan ship. Or the trailer splices unrelated scenes together to make it look like Wakandans are on the ship when they're actually in a land-based lab or something.
