Bladesingers and Spell Mastery

My question is can a Bladesinger take the feat Spell Mastery? On one hand I would say no since Spell Mastery specifically states wizards only. On the other I would say yes since a Bladesinger prepares arcane spells in exactly the same manner as a wizard.

They use a spellbook as cast based on intelligence just like a wizard, so I would allow them to take it. The designers probably labeled the feat wizard only because wizards are the only characters in the core rules who use spellbooks. I think the prerequisite should be the ability to cast spells using a spellbook. Besides, I don't think Spell Mastery can possibly break anyone's campaign.
