blowgun + sneak attack

Stupid question I suppose, but I just want to be on the safe side... a blowgun can inflict the standard sneak attack damage, right? So even though it only inflicts 1 hp of damage, a high level rogue can inflict 5d6 or more of pain?

I would think that getting a blowgun dart in the windpipe, ear, eyeball, mouth/back of the throat, spine, solar plexus, or groin would be pretty debilitating.

Also, keep in mind that blowgun darts in reality arent the tiny needles we see in the movies, but are in fact spines about three to six inches long.

Well some are, some aren't Vax. But regardless, I DO think sneak attack damage WOULD factor into an attack for a rogue. I mean why else would I have created the Gnomish Trapmaster? ;)
