Or, does anybody done house rule revision for them?

Thanks in advance.

There's no revision necessary. The only thing they are lacking is an LA. I houseruled them to be +1 LA IMC.

Well actually, I am not interested much on LA as I will use them as monsters and not for PCs nor cohorts.

I asked mainly because following points seem strange or at least not following 3.5e rules.

1. CR of bone creature and corpse creature

From the examples, bone creatures have the same CR as the original monster and copse creature has +1 CR from the base creature. Why? Both templates removes con and makes one a undead, and giving +4 boost to a certain ability score. And while bone template give "half from non bludgeoning damages" and "immunity to cold", corpse template give nothing. Why bone creature has higher CR modifier?

2. That "half damages" method

It seems to be 3.0e way of giving something resistant to certain damages. I guess some kind of DR (say, 5/bludgeoning?) will be appropriate. And why corpse template does not have some kind of resistance against non-slashing weapons? Aren't they meant to be intelligent zombies?

I don't there has been official conversion, but in answer to your question:

1. According to the Book of Vile Darkness FAQ, the CR adjustment for the bone creature template is +1.

2. The D&D v.3.5 Accessory Update booklet notes: If a monster took half damage from certain weapon types, replace this with damage reduction 5/other weapon types. For example, skeletons took half damage from slashing and piercing weapons; now they have damage reduction 5/bludgeoning.

Ah thanks. Now it makes sence.
