Boolder's Goat - The Adventure

TimTim, male halfling rogue

In the morning (assuming nothing bad happens ;)) TimTim awakes as always, early, jumps out of bed and heads over to take care of his morning 'business'.

He then heads down for a hearty breakfast of half a dozen eggs, bacon, bread, a side of ham, some biscuits and gravy, and any fruit that might be available here...

The next day breakfast is brought up to your rooms, and Mxplyxtokylcopolypticdionobob will find the barmaid gone from his room, she left before he woke from his sleep.

Horggroh, Male Albino Orc, Monk

Horggroh will take a few minutes before breakfast, meditating, and praying for (not to) Gruumsh, in the hopes that he will be granted a second eye in which to see the depths of Horggroh's soul. Then he'll scarf down breakfast, and look around the inn, searching for the barmaid, to see if she has sent for the guide yet.

When you all come down after breakfast and whatnot, a beaming Swina is waiting for you.
"Guess who the guide is! It is me!" she points happily at her own face.
"So, who's up for a walk in the woods?!"

The energic young woman takes the lead out of the city, heading for the woods.
At the border of the woods you can see a big wooden sign:

You are now entering The Woods of Eversummer.
Beware of flying frogs and Large angry chickens!

Mxplyxtokylcopolypticdionobob takes up the rear of the group on Mutt. He's suffering from a pretty bad hangover and fends off any inquiries with grunts and hand waves.

Horggroh, Male Albino Orc, Monk

As he will probably always do, Horggroh takes a position in the middle of the party. He says to Swina, "Flying frogs and large angry chickens? If you had told us this, I wouldn't have eaten breakfast! Um... is there a particular reason the word 'large' is capitalized on that sign? Are these things big enough to step on us?"

Horggroh will keep an eye out for anything large and threatening [Spot +6], especially watching for danger to Swina as she is probably the weakest of us.

TimTim, male halfling rogue

TimTim wanders from the back to the front and rangers around on the side of the group, talking with everyone and looking around... waiting for the big trouble to show up

You've been walking, following a small path for close to an hour before you hear it. For a moment you are not sure what to think, then you remember the sign. "Oh no! Chickens!" Swina exclaims. "They're big and bad and ugly! Once we had a chicken-feast at the Horsie, but we only had four chickens... Well, that turned out OK, because it was enough to feed a hundred hungry peasants!" She puts on a look of horror.
