Cas: Slarkrethal is easy. Take one Kraken, advance it to Max HD, triple the number of tentacles, then add 20 levels of cleric of Umberlee. There you go.

I'm not 100% sure. I have never seen them anywhere else unofrtuneatly. I tried doing the conversions myself but I couldn't find any descriptions on them, which made it a bit harder to do.
