YES! I have it and it can be a VERY creepy setting if DM'd right. Sadly I.C.E. is no more, so you will have a hard time getting a copy of this :(

Indeed, I have been calling all the game store I know since 3 days and can't find teh book. I saw at montecook.com in their discussion lists that Monte as full rights for the Dark space setting and I think he would like to do a d20 conversion some day but I am sure we won't see that in the comming year or the other one also.

Unfortunate, it seems a very very interesting setting.

Do what I do. Steal from Shakespeare. Remember to set your campaign up into five distinct sections and make sure that the third section is the one where everything starts to go downhill. If you're just looking for inspiriation, and not a format, might I point you in the direction of the story hours? You could read mine (which is...different) but, if you haven't already, you should definitely read Sagiro's and Piratecat's. There are others that you might find immensly useful, but these two have been going for years and are very rich and detailed, but both are remarkably fresh and inspiring.

Thanks for the info Rune, I never thought of going there to read stuff. I will start with yours right away.

Thanks, but the only reason that I mentioned mine, is that it is a non-standard setting which may offer some a few new perspectives. If you want good examples of more typical settings, I suggest (again) that you start with Sagiro's or Piratecat's. Sagiro's is a more intricate story arc, but Piratecat's is easily the most inventive story I've seen (Only the latter couple of years of a decade of play is chronicled, but it is some refreshing reading!) It helps that the two play together, methinks.
