Bug Reports for New ISRP Chat on EN World

So far:

1) Login from the sidebar doesn't allow low-res, get a "page not found" error, but you can get into low-res from the direct login page here:

http://www.enworld.org/isrp/chat/

2) Direct login page still has a page title of "Unlikely Heroes" (okay that's very minor, but I noticed)

3) None of the logins hold the password information once inside the chat, you have to log in a separate time once the chat loads.

4) Trying to look at descriptions gives you a server connection error in the description field.

5) Looking at any user's profile boots you out of chat (but still in the FlashChat client) if you're on Internet Explorer. (Firefox supposedly works.) The client log-in screen then doesn't let you back in again. You need to exit FlashChat entirely to re-enter.

Will need to look further into 5.

through firefox you still have to login from the main entrance and once again when the software loads.

Connection expired and had to re-login to the chat server after about 5 minutes, using Firefox

Trying to set a description on a character gives you an SQL error as follows:


Sorry, your query has failed:You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use

Magi, your usernames should be in italics. If they aren't I haven't got your permissions completely set up Let me know (taking care of Nashira and Trelian now).

If they say this, double-check to see that they're filling in their username and password in the boxes that appear just above the description field. Some people miss seeing those and it won't stick unless they're filled in.
