I, too, would like to know. Of course, I don't know anything about the Dervish, so maybe....

Edit: I looked up the Dervish. That's not the answer.

I don't know anything to get Int as a bonus to hit and the abovementioned combos don't have that so far.

Fighter 4 suffices for Melee Weapon Mastery (focus;spec;bab8).

Daring Outlaw of Complete Scoundrel is also an option.

Swash3/Rogue4 + Daring Outlaw would give 6 bab; 4d6 sneak damage and +1 dodge.

But my gold is still on the swash/fighter.
