Buying from Ronin Arts

Well, I went to buy the pdf Modern: Madness from rpgnow and I can't, because it's too cheap! I don't want to buy $6.40 worth of material just to pad it out, I just want that. Is there any other way to get this little pdf?

well, its easy to find enough good stuff to make the sale happen. That way you are not juat padding it out, you are getting other PDFs you'll use

See if the company has its own website they sell from directly.

Ask the publisher for a free copy.

Other options that come to mind violate copywright and I would not advocate them.

I usually get an ESD at $4.95 of older D&D stuff I never got if I need to fill out an order.

Not for me. I don't have more than half a dozen pdfs already, and I don't really like using them in that format. This one is nice, at least, because it's so small I can just print it out easily in whole and use it as a print copy.

Maybe there will be someone else here (or someone you know, local...) in a similar circumstance, with the two of you teaming up to buy them together...

Well, in a situation like that, I usually go to my wish list and pull out some other PDFs that I have been eying for a while.

What, you don't have a wish list? Sounds like it just started. ;)

Are you set against buying anything else, and are strictly looking for another avenue? Or are you interested in other recommendations?

I'm mostly looking for another avenue. I did find a couple of other pdfs that I wouldn't mind, but they still didn't get me past the minimum order size for rpgnow, and like I said, I really don't want to buy something just to pad the order up, when the one pdf is the only one I really want at this point.

You might check CreationCrash. I am linking Phil's link to there. I haven't looked at the site before, so I don't know if there are any minimums for purchase, though I suspect there are.
Yeah, I saw that link on philreed's user profile, but oddly enough they don't seem to have Bruce Baugh's Madness pdf for some reason.
