Those feats "ranged pin/disarm" are definantly cool. Where are they from? what are the prereq's?

Hmm... too bad I can't make "police" or "local authorities" as my 'favored enemies'. I figure this character to be the "fight for those who can't fight for themselves" and the "oh no, a woman in distress, better save her!" Maybe goblins or something :/
