can this strategy be stopped?

If a 20th level psion manifests the power Timeless Body it protects him from all attacks and spells until the end of his next turn. If he uses the Extend Power metapower on it then it lasts for two turns, essentially letting him do something else (like attack) on his second turn and still be protected by the power. So if a psion manifests Timeless Body every two rounds, and in between he manifests some other offensive power, is there any way to stop him?

Aside from Power Resistence, Globes of Invulnerability, Energy Resistence, Grappling, Denying him targets, Running out of Power Points, Death, etc.?

Sure, the GM tells him that he can't Extend Timeless Body.

Antimagic/Antipsionic Field.

Cast it. Approach to 5' and delay an action to follow him when he moves. Let the fighters take him apart.

maybe im thinking a bit outside the box with this, or my understanding of time stop is wrong, but delay until his turn, then time stop on his turn, dump a few delay blast fireballs while in time stop right in front of him with appropriate amounts until the time stop runs out, then when your turn ends, BANG. or is my understanding a bit wrong with psionic powers.

Well, if timeless body protects the psion from spells, how are those fireballs going to do anything?
EDIT: OK, I see what you're saying, but how do you ready for that? You'd have to see him use the strategy at least once. After you think you know what he's going to do, then yes, readied actions are the way to go

"Your body ignores all harmful (and helpful) effects, beginning when you finish manifesting this power and ending at the end of your next turn. While timeless body is in effect, you are invulnerable to all attacks and powers."

It says 'powers' but seems to include spells due to the first sentence in the description.

Another vote for grapple. It should be easy enough if he's ignoring any and all helpful effects.

Ban magic too! It's the same thing, after all! Ban class levels! Ban dice! Ban your friends from coming over to play! Ban Ban Ban!

/sarcasm
Seriously, don't troll.
