Casting in gauntlets

That a mage can cast in magical gauntlets (eg. Gauntlet of Ogre Power) is evident, or?

But what about weapon gauntlets and bladed gauntlets?

Unless a magic item specifies that there is an additional chance for arcane failure, it has no effect on casting.

If you're wearing weapon gauntlets, as long as they don't restrict your ability to reach into your spell component pouch or anything, they shouldn't have any affect on your spellcasting. I don't think there is any text on this subject for Bladed Gauntlets, so I would assume that it's okay.
